Project Overview:
Perry Housing was in need of a way to better advertise their properties and provide better service to their clients. Perry Housing is in the business of offering residential real estate leases in the Perry, NY community. They also wanted to be able to connect with other local investors, and potentially hire some contractors for their business.

We took a holistic look at their business. They wanted to attract quality tenants and keep them tenants for the long term. We designed a site that was focused around attracting tenants, and providing services to help those tenants out. Their primary source of attracting new tenants was to advertise in the local newspaper. We built upon this, and had them change their newspaper ads to include their new website. On the homepage, visitors are provided with a simple three step process for renting an apartment. Visitors can tour available properties on the website, with full images and descriptions. They can also submit an application online, download one to bring to the open house.
