Tom Sylvester
President, CEO & Co-Founder
Tom has extensive background in both computer technologies and business creation/management. He has experience in working with both large and small businesses and has a passion for making businesses successful. He has worked as a variety of different roles within software development projects, and has a unique ability of bridging the gap between engineers and clients. Tom holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Oswego State and is pursuing a MS in Management from Nazareth. In addition to running Black Rhino Consulting, Tom also is co-founder of a successful real estate investment company.

Steve Santacroce
Vice President, COO & Co-Founder
Steve has been working in the programming field for over 10 years. During that time, he has worked with real-time systems, web applications, and data integration projects. Steve's focus and creativity make him a perfect fit for researching new streams of revenue for the company. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Steve also owns investment property in Rochester and has started a property management business in order to leave more time for Black Rhino Consulting.

Graham Saathoff
Vice President & CIO
Graham has worked in IT consulting, systems administration and technical support for over 10 years, both as a freelancer and IT manager in small to medium sized business environments. His areas of experience include linux and UNIX system administration, network administration and security, voice over IP telephony and backup solutions. Graham is a strong proponent of open source software and technology and has used open source solutions throughout his career to help businesses improve security, functionality and reliability while reducing cost. He is currently a technical reviewer and editor for _FreeSWITCH, The Future of Telephony_, which is scheduled to be published by Packt Publishing in 2010.

Kendall Moore
Vice President & CTO
Kendall has over 4 years of software development experience where he has worked on a wide array of platforms and projects. He successfully developed a planner/agenda for the T-Mobile G1 phone which came packaged as part of the phone's plan. The area in software development he excels most in is with his unique ability to visualize an entire project and successfully design and implement it with few errors or complaints. Kendall graduated with a B.S. In Computer Science from Oswego State University, and is looking to further his education with a graduate degree in software engineering.
